From ambiguity
to delivery

I turn ambiguous product problems into clear decisions and verified delivery, make production systems faster and more reliable, and establish standards that help teams grow. I work AI-native every day, using coding agents to multiply execution while keeping context, trade-offs, review and accountability with me; my hands-on AI work includes RAG and LLM APIs, Python, Qdrant and retrieval evaluation.

Product judgment, AI-native execution, and reliable systems

Product Ownership

React · Next.js · TypeScript

Turning ambiguous product needs into requirements, trade-offs and incremental delivery with measurable user and business outcomes.

AI-Native Engineering

Coding Agents · Python · Retrieval

Decomposing substantial work for agents, reviewing every result and verifying it with tests, types, builds, metrics and observation.

Systems & Leadership

AWS · Serverless · Observability

Building resilient systems and reusable standards while helping engineers make better decisions with less dependency.

Evidence from shipped products

Proof: Modernization + Performance

A faster B2B checkout

I implemented the checkout migration from WooCommerce to Next.js and AWS serverless, preserving the existing flow during a gradual rollout. I later implemented a DynamoDB cache.

Result: Across both improvements, load time moved from roughly 20 seconds at worst to about 1 second at best.

Proof: AI-Native Engineering

AI-native delivery, verified

I designed my public TypeScript/AWS Lambda template, defined environment separation, observability and quality gates, and directed coding agents through implementation and review.

Result: Deployed to AWS and published on GitHub, with automated tests, build and CDK validation in CI, plus OIDC deployment without stored long-lived AWS access keys.

Proof: Hands-on Leadership

Stability and team autonomy

As Technical Lead for a leading Swiss private bank, I led a five-engineer squad through the recovery of a React Native investment app. I traced the problem to accumulating socket subscriptions, implemented the first fix and guided remediation across the app.

Result: Recurring freezes and crashes stopped. The team became less dependent on me, and two engineers were promoted during my tenure.
